1、确定公司组织结构和定岗、定编、岗位职责:

总经理、副总经理、总监、部门经理、主管、职员,可以分为6大职系,每个职系可以分为6-8个职等。

2、确定薪酬类别:部门经理以上的管理人员实行年薪制,其它人员实行月薪制和计件工资制。

3、薪等、薪值(以中间值为例):部门经理年薪10万元,其基本年薪(按月发放)6万元,绩效年薪4万元按年度考核;部门副职为正职的80%;部门主管为部门正职的60%按月考核发放。职员为2500基本月薪;高管层一般总经理年薪40万元、副总经理按总经理的80%、总监按总经理的70%,基本年薪占年薪的50%按月发放,其它为绩效年薪。采用宽带薪酬,每个职等的上下浮动为正负20%左右分为8级或6级。

4、薪酬具体构成:不包括年度特别奖励和其它福利。

年薪=基础年薪+绩效年薪

月薪=基础工资(1800元)+岗位工资(200元)+绩效工资(500元)+年金(10元/年工龄)+学历津贴(中专30元、大专50元、本科100元、硕士200元)+职称津贴(技术员50元、中级100元、高级200元)

计件工资=基础工资(按完成工作量计算)+各类补贴

可根据企业的具体情况对数值进行调整。
